• GPP acquire Kongskilde Industries with effect from 1 June 2018

    Effective 1 June 2018, DLG’s planned divestment of Kongskilde Industries will be completed. The buyer is the UK based principal investment fund, Green Park Partners (GPP). Going forward, Kongskilde Industries will include the Grain and Industry activities and all Kongskilde’s employees.

    Mr Rüdiger takes over after two years with Mr Ole Gade who has headed the turn-around process in a difficult market for agricultural machinery.

    Kongskilde Industries – a leading producer of agricultural machinery – has appointed Mr Mogens Rüdiger as interim CEO. He replaces Mr Ole Gade who has lead the turnaround process in the last two years. Mr Gade steps down after mutual agreement with Kongskilde Industries.
